Kazakhstan business visa for Indian
All nationalities must apply for a visa to enter Kazakhstan. Depending on the nature of your stay, Visa First can organise either for a Kazakhstan Business Visa or a Kazakhstan Tourist Visa for you.
A Kazakhstan Tourist Visa allows you to holiday in the country for up to 60 days.
To apply for the Kazakhstan Tourist Visa you will need:
- Valid passport with one full blank page to affix the visa. The passport must be valid for at least six months after visa’s expiration date.
- Completed and signed visa application form.
- An invitation from Kazakhstan Tourist Company or hotel.
- One recent color passport-sized photograph taken against white background and printed on standard photographic paper.
- Self-addressed and pre-paid special delivery envelope.
A Kazakhstan Business Visa is valid for a maximum of two years. The visa is issued based on an invitation from a legal entity in Kazakhstan. The invitation must be registered by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan and once registered the inviting party should send the same invitation and registration number to you for your application.
To apply for the Kazakhstan Business Visa you will need:
Single entry Business Visas
- A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan.
Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited. Letter should be typed on computer, printed out and signed/stamped (if applicable) - One recent, colour photo of the applicant which should be stapled to the marked space in the upper right hand corner of the application form (see photo specs)
- Pre-paid self-addressed envelope if you wish your passport to be send to you back by post.
- A copy of the invitation letter from a host organization in Kazakhstan is needed. This letter must be submitted by the host organization in Kazakhstan to the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Department of Consular Services must provide the host company with a reference number.
In addition, a cover letter from the applicant’s company, briefly summarizing the purpose of the visit and including some information about the company or organization should be attached. - UK investors in the Kazakhstan's economy who already have business projects in Kazakhstan may apply for multiple investor visas valid for 24 months. Investor visa holders are not required to be registered with the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
